Just bought this a month ago and I had a rollback tow truck put itself in the ditch on my gravel road. I was able to pull him back into the road with my SUV with no trouble. The shackles worked perfectly and the elasticity took the jolt out of pulling. I should add that my car is 4200lbs and the truck is 8500lbs+.

I bought this for my new jeep already had to do a rescue with it my dad god stuck in snow pulling a trailer and with one try it pulled it out no issues

I was pulling a small car out of the snow. That car had slipped from the road into the deep shoulder. I miscalculated a bit and pulled too hard. The attached car just shot out of the shoulder. The good thing is that I pushed the throttle in time and the towed car did not hit my Liberty. This dynamic rope is just a bomb.

Complete kit - rope, shackles and bag. Price makes it perfect for keeping in my truck and then hoping that I never have to use it! The included bag makes it easy to throw into the truck as part of the winter preparedness kit. I pared this gear with an Agency 6 aluminum receiver hitch recovery shackle mount and I have everything in one bag.

**UPDATE** Absolutely no way to contact the seller directly. You can ask questions through Amazon chat, but that just allows the Amazon associates to talk to you. I went round and round like an idiot.I’m buying a brand new one. I’ll take the bag out of it. I’ll put the damaged bag back in, and I’ll return it. That seems to be the only solution.***************************************************Rope does exactly what you expect it to do. The bag, however, that it comes in is worthless. It’s a nice looking bag, but the zipper doesn’t hold up.I’ll be contacting the seller to see if I can get a new bag. I’ll update my review afterward.
