It’s a square. It does what it’s supposed to do. BUT - what I like best about it, is the little slide at the bottom of the short, fat leg that slides out and lets the square balance perfectly on the surface. No twisting, no clamping. Just fast and easy 90 degrees.From what I’ve been able to see, it’s extremely accurate, easy to use, and easy to read. AND it has a bunch of other functionality that makes it even more versatile (pencil holes a-go-go!).Can’t beat the price. Can’t beat the functionality. And the orange color is hella cool too!!

This is a perfectly square tool. The black ruler with white marks is extremely easy to read. Just a great tool.

Sturdy construction and clear, easily readable markings. Liked the tab to keep the square flat against the service. Having a portion of the square as orange makes it easier to spot.

Not Accurate. Metric Square with Imperial Markings. Junk! It’s not even “Square†the handle isn’t even imperial / Standard. It’s 40mm wide. Closest imperial measurement to 40mm is 1-9/16†(39.6mm). Plus the rule is off by an 1/8th of on inch.

I'm a fan of the orange/black combo, and the brass thumbscrew for the scribe tool as well as the polished thumb slider for the balancing ledge are those extra little finishing touches you expect to see in a quality tool.ð—”ð—–ð—–ð—¨ð—¥ð—”ð—–ð—¬: All of the measurements were found to be accurate, and I love that the scribe tool doubles as a fulcrum pin so you can pivot the square to find more complex angles other than simply 90º & 45º.It's a handsome addition to the shop, and it may just find it's way into my rollie-bag for work.Would recommend.
