This is a very well-made, easy to use herb dryer! I like the fact that a dinner-sized paper plate holder topped with a paper towel slides easily through the zippered openings. This still allows air circulation, but makes it convenient to insert a plate full of freshly washed herbs and remove them when they are dry and ready for storage. I am thinking that I might buy an additional one of these so that I will have enough room for eight plates of herbs at a time, instead of only four. I am very pleased with my purchase!

The unit was very easy to set up and use. It has zippered sections that keep bugs out but let you check what you are drying individually instead of having to unstack trays. I own an electric dryer and will continue to use it for vegetables but this unit works better for our herbs.

4 stars even though I love it, highest priced one but good for my space, this came quickly and packaged well. I am using it for my cooking herbs that I grow. it is small enough to leave out through harvest seasons and packs up very small, this thing is a very complicated thing to make, seems sturdy, and my zippers all work very good. I love the Velcro on the strap making hanging on a branch or a hanger in the closet simple to handle. If I hang it in the kitchen cooking smells would get to the parsley, and if I hung it in the mud room, dog smells would get to my thyme, so I hang it in an empty room closet with the door open and a fan, and it is doing very well air drying my rosemary and basil. As small as it is it holds a lot just remember to fluff up the plant material here and there so it dries evenly, also this helps keep my dehydrator open for juicier tomato's and fruit.

Nice if you need a more compact space to hang what you need to dry. Seems to be working well.

A great way to dry herbs in an out-of-the-way fashion. I grew basil in my garden this year and this was my final harvest after drying. I hung my drying rack in the hall closet where no one could see it. Easy peasy 😊

Great for drying flowers. If you hang them they don't dry as fast as putting them in nets.I had to buy a few of these small ones that cost as much as ones 3x as big but they fit in the small space I can use.
