For about the same money as other standard 12" miter saws you get the slider plus the laser cut guide. The quality of this saw is very good. The angle stops are accurate and it only takes a half turn to lock them in place. Much better than having to screw in the stop lock every time. The saw comes with 40 tooth blade that cuts very rough. If you plan on doing any fine cutting you will need to order a better blade. I am very happy with my purchase.

My old saw finally quit working after 25 years so I replaced it with this Delta saw. Out of the box the angles were set nearly perfect but I did have to make a few minor adjustments. It's a very quiet saw and the 12" blade makes smooth cuts.

Wish they would have done better with the dust collector. Other than that it's a solid machine, it's the Delta compound miter that I expected it would be. Been a Delta user for a long time, don't plan on changing that

I like the sliding function ,this replaces a Craftsman nonsliding chop saw I have had for a long time, It's a smooth operating ,powerful saw ,and I like the laser line . Delta makes good equipment ,and it was a good price .

I am very disappointed with this purchase. We run a professional millwork shop and these saws do not measure up at all to the Dewalt or Bosch saws. These saws are not well made and are very light duty. The accuracy of the cuts is only fair. The construction of the saw is flimsy. From a name like Delta I expected much more. The dust collection aspect is very poor as well, collecting only about 40% of the dust created.

Great saw to have around- don’t use it often, but it has worked great on some finish jobs or just cutting 2x4s. Lightweight and portable and produces accurate cuts.

Sent it back no good It vibrated with two different blades which resulted in a rough cut. The blades worked great on a Bosch saw I bought instead much better quality.

Me gustó la posición del mango y el seguro del interruptor, el Lazer es muy exacto. Puedes hacer casi cualquier tipo de corte.
