Screw heads are too large for the countersunk holes in the hinges. Screw heads stood proud of the hinges and made the hinges bind somewhat even after mortising the hinges. I ended up countersinking each hole further to accommodate the larger screws provided. It worked, but I should not have had to do that to make the screws fit the hinge.

As far as hinges go it is one... but the pictures are incredibly misleading. These are painted gold and the paint job is subpar at best. My child could have put a more even coat of paint on these. Was hoping to receive what the pictures show a shining polished hinge but i got a third graders art project.
