Love the rain shower concept. The water pressure is great and the shower head coverage is big enough for the whole body. I like that the neck is adjustable so it can accommodate the height and width of my shower. The look is clean and sleek, and the switch knob is easy to use. One of my favorite figures is the strong power wash on the small head. I use it every time I’m done showering to clean my shower area from soap scums. It works great. We are considering buying another one for our other bathroom.

This shower head has great pressure and was easy to install. I worried about the attachment. But so far no issues comfortably getting to it.I would have liked a feature that allowed for the usage of the shower head and attachment at the same time. But it us either on or the other.

My home came with a shower head so small and low pressure that I ran to Amazon after my very first shower. I am a person who researches hours and hour before making my decision on which to get! This was the best option for the cost! I installed it by myself and it was very easy! The pressure is AMAZING and if looks so nice in my shower!!!!

So I bought the 14 inch showerhead during black friday 2024 and as of 3 weeks later I love it. It was easy to install, the water pressure is great, and when you adjust it it absolutely stays put.I do have a couple complains in that the attachment sits behind the showerhead so if you want them both running, it's basically spraying half the water on the top of the shower head. If this had the ability to be adjustable left/right for the shower head/attachment/arms then I think this would solve the issue? But I only really wanted it for cleaning the tub and giving the dog a bath. The "jet" mode on it is no joke.I had an issue with the adjustable arm because one of the O-rings on it came torn and they do not give backup O-rings. I reached out to the company and their responses was quick and effective. They do not have a parts warehouse in the US so they helped me get a new arm sent to me. It was easy working with them.If you're considering a rainfall showerhead, I'd recommend this one with this company, it's been a great upgrade.

Not even a month since it's been in use and the metal shield of the hose is broken. I asked for a replacement hose and what was the answer from the seller? "We are really sorry about that. Unfortunately, we have no stock for this product. We can not replace it." Not the answer one can expect from caring customer service.
