We needed to easily monitor the temperature at a remote location without having to purchase an expensive (WiFi capable) sensor. The building is already monitored by security cameras so instead of a sensor, we purchased this good looking 12†thermometer by “Chivenido†online store, sold through AMAZON. For us - this was the perfect solution and is working perfectly. The security camera is able to read the large dial easily. Initially it was a few degrees off but after a simple calibration - it now reads very accurately and follows the thermostat to a tee.

I wanted an outside thermometer. Others have mentioned calibration issues. But I ordered this one anyway and I'm glad I did. I have placed it several places to check the accuracy. It has been spot on in each location. The numbers are big, it's easy to read from a distance. Now to determine it's final place for permanent install. I would highly recommend this one...

Good looking thermometer that is fairly accurate, although when it rains condensation accumulates inside the face which goes away if it gets warmer. Also the humidity guage is off by 10% or more occasionally.

I was impressed with the quality of this outdoor thermometer. It was off by one degree after 2 hrs.I set it to the correct temperature and it has been matching my other thermometers ever since.

I initially really liked this thermometer. Attractive, easy to read from at least 10’ away, reasonably accurate. Until today. Temp is stuck on 129 degrees. It is summer in NY, but actual temp right now is 65 degrees. So I really cannot recommend this item.

Very nice looking, large numbers that are easy to read. Problem is that it is 5-10 degrees off. I would’ve sent it back but the box was accidentally discarded. If it had a way to adjust the temperature, I would rate it a 5 easily.

Exactly as pictured , nice size easy to read. It was for my stable so now I can know what the temp is inside every night
