How to make a Crème Brûlée
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
- Whisk the 4 cups cream, 6 egg yolks, 1/2 cup sugar, and vanilla extract together in a bowl. Mix it all up until it gets nice and creamy.
- Pour this mixture into BEIUTAO ramekin dish.
- Place the ramekins in a baking pan. Fill the baking pan with hot water, about halfway up the sides of the ramekins. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, checking every 10 minutes after 35-40 minutes.
- Remove the ramekin dishes from the baking pan, refrigerate them at least 2 hours.
- When ready to serve, sprinkle a thin layer of the light sugar on the top of each. Use a kitchen blowtorch to evenly melt and caramelize the sugar.

Ordered these to make my pumpkin crème brûlée for Thanksgiving. These are the perfect size so I can have plenty to go around. In the past I had several sizes ramekins and some were more of a two person size. Now I can make more to go around because everyone looks forward to this every Thanksgiving. I am very pleased with this purchase.

The quality is great. They were a good value and very durable. Weight was sturdy. Nice appearance. I've had them 3 years and none have broken. I was a bit disappointed in storage capacity but that was my fault for not really knowing how small 4 oz was when I ordered it. We use them to make creme brulee in for holidays so they bake well too. I just wish I'd have gotten bigger ones.

Used these to make miniature peach cobbler(s) for a get together. Smaller sizes kept the portions in-tact (for those watching their intake). Kept a set for myself and left the others with my relatives so now they have their own.

I didn't have any ramekins, and I don't entertain, so I didn't see the use in buying these. Then Ieanred to bake an egg. My first bake was in a muffin tin in my countertop over. The tin was fine.... but the ramekins are better. They seems to heat more evenly, and hold the heat. Also, I can serve in the "kin" or slide the dish out to show off. I think you will enjoy them. They are sturdy and stackable.
