The photo shows 12 cones and 24 flags. Included components says 18 cones and 12 flags. I received 6 cones and 12 flags. I requested a replacement and received 6 cones and 12 flags again. I had to keep both because I had a party in a couple days so now I’m paying double for the product. I do not recommend.

You have to put the flags together but very easy and better quality than some of the other flags I had ordered on Amazon. Worked perfect for decorations throughout the party.

The picture shows 12 cones and 24 flags. Its states 12 pieces. One would think this contained 12 cones and 24 flags, right? Wrong. There are only 6 cones and 12 flags for a total of 18 pieces. Don’t get tricked!
