About the problem and solution of warping of wooden boards:
Plywood is made of multiple layers of whole wooden boards, so they also have the problem of warping like natural wooden boards. This is caused by the change of moisture content inside, which is related to the change of humidity in the air.
Our plywood is inspected before leaving the factory and wrapped with plastic film to keep it flat. Please use it as soon as possible after we remove the plastic film. Please seal the unused wooden boards or place them under heavy objects.

great plywood, these boards are extremely flat, I will be using them for making critical later jigs for guitar repair. They seem well dried out beforehand too, quality material.

Internally shrink wrapped & nicely packaged in a box with foam around the edges!!! Quite flat and on edge you can see the 3 layers of lamination. Sticker on outside of box mentions birch & basswood, birch being the veneer on the outside and basswood as the core. It will be interesting to see how these burn and at what depth based on the two different wood types. These are a standard sized12"x12" x 1/8" (3mm) thickness so they shouldn't require too much adjustment. Considering the nice quality of these sheets, I will probably find a special project to use them on!!! Well packaged and a nice value for the money!!!

Got this for laser cutting. The wood looks and feels great. It cuts nicely on my 10-watt diode laser.I cut at 300mm/min and 100% power, which will cut through this in a single pass. Charring is definitely present, but reasonably minimal.The "birch" for this plywood appears to only be a thin sheath on both sides, so while this looks nice it won't hold up to much sanding, and if you're engraving it the visible surface will be the filler/core, which is not ideal.Unlike some other brands I've purchased, this plywood is _actually_ 1/8-inch, rather than "almost 1/8-inch". If the thickness is important, then this is good. If not, then you might save some money with another brand that uses thinner material.I'd say this is good for cutting, but not great for engraving.

These birch plywood sheets are delivered very well wrapped and protected -- no chipped edges or dings, all perfectly flat, smooth, and square. Their 3 layers are consistent, the birch grain very attractive and already perfectly sanded on all surfaces, all edges and corners square.The thickness looks consistent enough for laser cutting, but I ordered these for children's carpentry and art projects. The 1/8" birch plywood is easy and safe to cut with just a coping saw, and they'll be able to trace and cut their own shapes and designs with minimal adult interference. The surface is flat and smooth enough for painting projects, too, and painting wood surfaces seems to attract children even more than small stretched canvases, in part because of the varied shape possibilities.A good price per sheet, too, on these 12" square high-quality birch craft panels.

True to description, there are no surprises with these plywood panels, dimensions are accurate, smooth with no defects. They can be used for pretty much anything, but are most useful for crafts like woodburning, painting etc.

This is the best 3mm birch plywood I have ordered to date. Every sheet is flat, smooth without knots, even in thickness and has smooth edges (with only one sheet having a few almost hairlike appendages as shown in the photo). Birch veneer is securely adhered to the base and the glue is invisible. This works well with my laser for both engraving and cutting. It makes great sturdy miniatures, ornaments, bases for laser engraved photos, dollhouses and more. I would definitely purchase it again.
