Muddy bloodsport elite 800gr are a discontinued product but man are they not the same as other mainstream shafts. I could never find the right set of tips for them. Each tip the shop tried has a catch that plagued me from losing them in carpet targets. Worst part? Muddy own 80gr tip failed to fit properly and catches the worst.These, they’re super flush to the shaft with no catch. I will be ordering a second dozen to finish my remaining dozen. They’re machined well but not polished to perfection; which doesn’t bother me at all.So million dollar question: why am I still using these shafts? They’re super thick and are very durable compared Eaton carbon one or victory vap arrows. I don’t have to be afraid of them failing on me.Edit 8/27/22: I took them out for a test drive. They pass the test for consistency and clean penetration. Anything to dislike? Not yet.

On the Victory VAP target arrows, the outer diameter of these points are too narrow for the VAP shafts. The points pull out of the shaft when pulling arrows stuck in stiff butts.

The items I received are not as pointy as what is shown on the product page on Amazon. The profile of the point is more blunt than a sharp point. Very disappointed and will never order these again.
