These are nice consistent little cedar planks. I have not cooked with them, so I can only rate them in terms of the wood quality. Good thickness, great smell!I got these wood blanks for an unconventional use: I wanted to burn art into them with a laser cutter. They are great for that purpose, and to be honest, I think it's a better use of them. If I used these for grilling, I would want to be serving quite a lot of people, to get my money's worth out of them. So I think the value is better when they're used for art. But, if you have a big grill and are hosting a party, I'm sure you'd get good value out of these!
