I used these with my Porter Cable dovetail jig; worked perfectly. Brass is good for ensuring you don’t muck up any tools. No need to buy more expensive versions; great value.

There’s a bushing for nearly every size here. They’re brass so you don’t need to worry about vibration loosening them during use.

The product was exactly as listed minus the drill. They did send me the drill though after I contacted. It worked well seems strong. I only used it on one project so far. So I am not sure how long it will last but I would recommend this product and purchase it again.

I was surprised when the bushings arrived. The case isn't flimsy, and the bushings sit well in the clearly marked foam. Unlike other tools or hardware I bought in the past from other vendors, I don't feel like I need to put a rubber band around the case to keep it from opening up.I have two routers that I use; a 60 year old Stanley and a 40 year old Black and Decker. These bushings screwed into both the router's bases like butter.I'm very pleased with the quality of the bushings and although not as important, quality of the case. It's a nice starter set. You won't be sorry if you buy these.

Either just brass plated or a very low quality of brass. First try didn't hold up to a light pass into plywood.

I own several Porter Cable routers and a couple template guide rings, but this set is what I should have bought from the beginning. For those just getting into router work, these rings let you accurately follow a template or straight edge and have a specific offset from template to cut. Of course you need to have a big enough guide ring for the bit you are using, but you can vary the size of the ring to give you more control over the size of the cutout. It's a fact of life that sooner or later one of these will come loose while you're working and get chewed up by the bit as it wobbles and throws metal shavings around to catch your attention (of course it's never happened to me, but I've seen it happen to other people, LoL). Since this is made of brass it's soft enough to be sacrificed without damaging either your bit or your router. Still, it's a good idea to snug these on tightly before beginning work, I use a set of channelocks (just tight, no need to crank down on it). I don't understand why they chose to include a tapered milling bit with this set, but it's a bonus that I appreciate- just like having an assortment of guide rings to use when the need arises, it's nice to have another tool in the wings for the occasion when you need it. The case is much nicer than what I was using and will keep them all together and in good shape, also alerting me to when one hasn't been put away properly. Good stuff.

Vraiment un bel ensemble de gabarit de copiage mais la mèche de 6mm est 0.3 trop petite alors impossible de la fixé à la très populaire défonceuse DeWalt!
