I am thrilled with these drip trays on casters. They are sturdy, which was my primary question mark when purchasing, and they do what they promise: glide smoothly across floors, bear a ton of weight, have good deep grooves to catch water that drains out. Really smart product. I have giant indoor plants that reach half way to the ceiling and these trays stand under them and their heavy ceramic earth-filled pots with no problem at all. Highly recommend.

My 20â€h x 20â€diameter planter seems to be supported very well and rolls pretty easy considering its weight. Just hoping that it holds up

TLDR: Note the name of this item: PLANTER ROLLER BASE. If you understand that, and accept that is ALL it claims to be -- you will love this item. However, if you are thinking it will function as a drip pan -- NOPE!The GREAT: These are visually attractive, sturdy, and smooth-rolling "planter roller base(s)." The colors (beige and greige) blend well with most planters (except white). They roll beautifully on low carpet and hardwood floors. Really clean lines, visually pleasing for those of us who hate ugly, scratchy, stained and hard to move drip pans.The TERRIBLE: After three (3) overflows, I've finally given up. If you have plants that need drainage (um, that would be all plants), you need to know that these "roller base(s)" will be able to hold *maybe* 1/4 to 1/2 cup of water drainage. You will need to fine tune your watering routine to a ridiculously NOAA level of prediction to NOT wind up with repeated overflows (of attractive brown water) on your carpets or floors. Seriously. I did not want to give up on these because they are so attractive and roll incredibly well. But in the end, I just cannot tolerate the anxiety produced every time I try to give my bigboys a drink of water. I started to avoid watering because the cleanup became so predictably aversive. So. Freaking. Annoying.Take home: If you do NOT need to water your plants (or don't care about overflows) these are actually great "plant roller base(s)." If you don't want to have to clean up overflows *every*time*you*water*your*plants*.... then just get a drip pan. As you can see, I've thrown them out on the patio today in a final act of resignation. I think if you have a patio that won't stain with the brown water overflow, I'd say use them outside. BUT, I'm not sure that the metal rollers will fare well in the outdoors. So sad. Such happiness for such a short period of time. But you need to decide, what's worth more -- well watered (alive) plants? Or being able to beautifully and easily scoot your (now dead) plants around your room? Your call.

This caddy is super strong. I have a heavy ceramic pot with a ficus tree and it rolls smoothly. The ridges allow water to drain easily. Very happy with my purchase.

Even though the plant roller is very lightweight, it seems to support the weight of the pots. (I used it for 2 of my big plants - a Dracena and a Yucca).Be careful what color you choose when buying, because the product images for beige and grey-white are inversed. I ordered the 12inch beige, which displays the roller as white, but I received the color you see in the images for the grey-white variant. Hence one star less. (I kept the product, as the desired color is not available for the 12inch size.)

The product arrived earlier than announced. I ordered the first time to check the quality. I loved the product so I ordered more. It is sturdy and very convenient to people who have several indoor plants. It carries the weight very well and the wheels work perfectly. Highly recommended.
