Well made, did what it needed to do. Used it to make 25lbs of sausage with no issues. Have another 25lb to put through it here shortly.

What can you say about a metal plate with holes in it? It is sharp, get a clean cut right out of the box. Have been using only a 10mm and a 5mm. The difference between 5 and 6 is very noticeable. It’s become my favorite. Really like the size and texture it provides.

Needs a better description for thickness of grinder plate. Gad to take to machine shop to mill it to 1/4 inch thick.

The plate is a little thicker than the normal steel plates that I use. It works fine. I like that it is stainless and I dont have to worry about rust.
