The flat back made them easy to hot glue onto any surface. Their paint coloring is pretty consistent (no weird markings from sloppy painting). Love that they actually show four wings on each bee (so many only put two wings on their bees), which made my beekeeper husband happy since they were anatomically accurate. I used them on tulle fabric over an old hat to make a retro “beekeepers bonnet†for a display. Also love that there were three sizes of bees, so my “bonnet†had workers, drones, and a Queen! So cute!
