Product itself is good quality and very nice color.My package and the plastic organizer the screws come in look like they'd been smashed, but the screws themselves are fine just loose all over. I needed these to repair a bridle, so not going to bother with a return, just move them to a new container, sad though as the organizer would have been nice.

These Chicago screws are a must for horseman or leather work. This package came in a nice plastic organizing container for storage and future use. A good buy.

These look good and are easy to use. Only issue I had was that the would unscrew on their own and fall off. It could have been operater error but I don't think so since some stayed together great
