I bought this set mostly for the decoration bags and the scribes. I'm happy to say that they all worked well. I made several batches of frosting and gave the bags some pretty tight pressure and they held up. I was surprised honestly. The bags are stronger than I assumed they would be. Scribes worked very well also. I did not use the tie things, I made my own knots in the bags. Bags are ample size so you can easily size up or down on how much you fill them.

I've purchased this item many times as it comes in handy for my baking business. The bags work well both with and without piping tips. My only criticism is that the bags are thin and therefore often rupture under too much pressure. Usually, it is just a small hole that begins to leak, but sometimes a large rupture can happen, ultimately requiring the use of another bag.

I was introduced to this type is bag at a royal icing cookie decorating class. I like them much better than the thicker bags I used in the past. I feel I have much better control with these.The scribes, bands, and clips will all be helpful to make my decorating experiences easier and neater.

I've always seen people just spin the tops of their bags but have always had issues with it not working, the little rubber bands made a huge difference. The clips were great to keep the frosting from spilling out when switching between colors, and the bags were very nice. I haven't tried any brands other than this for tipless, but if you've never used a tipless bag before, I'd definitely recommend.

This product doesn't come with reusable tie. The bag break easily when we put marshmallow cream.
