I use these for set up blocks, bolster parallels, and for x,y,z touch probe operations when an actual part is not available. They are square and accurate beyond what i need them to be. They're wrapped in oil and paper so there is no rust upon receipt. Good value.

Originally bought this blocks to make some gauge stands but after measuring for squareness and accuracy I changed my mind and have decided to include them with my metro-logy set. Maybe i was just lucky but mine are square to within 8 µm or .00031" tested with a Mahr Millinmess 1003

Received with the above issues as well as the chamfered edges are sharp and rough. All surfaces are sub-machines quality. I’ve requested another set to see if this was just a fluke on the part of the manufacturer. Will repost if warranted.1/26/23: well, I received my second set and they are no better. On one block, two edges were never chamfered and were a few scratches. I won’t be trusting this vendor in the future.
