This product surprisingly exceeded my expectations! Wow, what an amazing shower! When you first hold it in your hand, you'll definitely have that "Aha!" moment. It looks much more expensive than its actual price. The water pressure works perfectly, and it looks fantastic in our bathroom. Everything you need for installation is included, and I'm so glad I found a product that doesn’t require breaking my tiles to install the shower. I highly recommend it!

This easy to install with pictured instructions (never before seen in plumbing products) has changed my shower time. I used to have a Watersence head to be sustainable. However I constantly felt I had to shower longer. Changing to this product with its affordable pricing, makes me wonder why I took so long to decide. Change your shower time!

This shower head has been one of the best new home purchases that I could have made. It completely changes your shower experience and you will not want to get out. My only complaint is how quickly I run through hot water which is not a reflection of the performance of the shower head and more speaks to my size of hot water heater. In any case, I would not change anything. That being said, I would not go down in size to save on water. The size is perfect to completely cover your body and your envelope you in water.

UPDATE: I'm changing my two stars to one - I would give zero stars if it was an option - bought two of these and have had to return both - weight of shower head is too heavy for their weak elbow joints to support - the splines used for adjustment of the arms strip with the weight of the shower head - I would not buy this - proof that you get what you pay for - this was a cheap price for a cheap product.Giving this two stars because I bought two of these and actually got the first one to work - otherwise it would be a one star review. Although the first one was the black finish, it is not a durable finish - the wrench with the kit is a joke and only thing it accomplished was scratching the finish on the shower head and parts. I tried a pair of channel locks with tape around the jaws but it still scratched the finish. So I opted for a 15/16 wrench and it also scratched the finish but I was able to complete the install. The second one was a brushed nickle finish and it did not function correctly - the part that fits on the wall pipe had a bad connection with stripped threads at the pivot point so the unit would not stay in the correct position. Overall this product is crap and is about a $20 kit not the $70+ I payed for it.

This set-up is great. The look is great. Water pressure is great. Don't be fooled by the stock photo they use. The shower head is not as big as they make it look. Yes a 12 inch head is big, but not 2 person big. But I am overall very happy with this upgrade to my shower. I already take to long in the shower, now I will never get out. Lol. Installation was pretty simple.

I’ve had this shower head for a year and it’s worked great from day one. Easy install easy to remove, so it’s great for renters.
