About this item

  • 【Product Usage】The visionking image rectifier can be mounted on a Newtonian reflecting telescope to fix the up side down image.
  • 【Extender Magnication】1.5X magnifying positive prism is equivalent to 1.5 X Barlow lens, which can not only correct the image, but also magnifies the image.
  • 【Compatiblity Problems】Compatible with all 1.25" eyepieces, it has a standard M42x0.75mm thread, also suitable for DSLR cameras.
  • 【Material】All-metal aluminum alloy lens barrel, multi-coated lens, apochromatic design, make the image clearer.
  • 【How to Use】: Simply insert the Erecting Prism lens into your telescope's focuser or diagonal, and then insert any 1.25 inch eyepiece into the Erecting Prism lens, gently securing it in place with the thumbscrews. Then, adjust the telescope's focus wheels to enjoy 1.5X the magnification of the eyepiece used.

Product Description

1.25 inches image rectifier 1.5X Barlow Lens Erecting Prism Newtonian Reflector Telescopes

Advantages of visionking

1.Visionking erecting prism lens can solve the problem of upside-down imaging of the Newton astronomical telescope, and can see a clearer positive image

2. The image rectifier lens can provide 1.5X magnification, and adopts apochromatic optical design to maintain a clear image and a wide field of view

3. Compatible with all 1.25-inch eyepieces

4, All-metal aluminum alloy lens barrel, precision machining, durable

5. High-quality multi-coated optical glass lens: high light transmittance to ensure a clear and sharp vision

6.It also with standard M42x0.75mm thread for Astro-photography and SLR cameras.

VISIONKING Newtonian Image Rectifier Lens

NOTE,Each telescope has its own maximum capability of the telescope optics. And after the maximum, image get blurred.so the erecting prism lens is not the better the magnification,if erecting prism lens and telescope eyepiece are connected together for use, they need to control the effective rate range, in order to clear the effect of observation.

Visionking 1.25 inches Erecting Prism for Newtonian Reflector Astronomical Telescope

Multi-coated optical glass to make the image clearer and sharper

Tip: We recommend using erecting prismlens on a short focal telescope to achieve the maximum effect of the telescope magnification to match the installation.

When using erecting prism lens, the resulting image follows the following pattern: the smaller the value of the matching eyepiece, the larger the resulting image, but the brightness of the image will be dimmed. Please select the appropriate eyepiece mount to obtain the ideal image.

Received the product plenty fast, got here sooner than promised. Put it in telescope yesterday. Couldn't see anything. Except the inside of the telescope. Always possible I didn't to something right. No instructions...so how would I know?

It does correct the image but it sticks out to much and is quite heavy so it is a little awkward to use on my scope but may not be a problem for those with more sturdy scopes

Ok.. this product in my Venture RX-9 900mm Reflecting Newtonian flipped my image to Completely Correct! Up is Up. Left is Left. Noticed '0' issues with loss of light as many complain about in our astro community with image erectors. I DID, however, had to grind my Focuser Tube's removable 'Cap' down 1/4". Thankfully, One: I only paid $40 for the Scope setup. Two: I was able to grind down this 1/4" and save the function of the eyepiece Retention Screw. This one's a Big Boy! Even though the bottom of this product 'appears' to get very close to your secondary mirror, it was not quite enough to get proper focus. DO NOT.. Grind Your $800+ Telescope!! I was fortunate enough to aquire my set up as 'a project scope' so I can grind, cut, to gain experience.

It works well rectifying the upside down image. I cannot not see any negative qualities. Works well and at a reasonable price.
