First, this control box looks good, but when I plug it in, is giving me a C021 code and nothing works. After looking up what it means, I found that it means: ''loss of signal from the platform controller to the ground control''. After checking the entire wiring up to the controller, I come to the conclusion that this controller is defective. I forgot to mention that I ordered this remote for my 2013 Genie GR-12. I think this is supposed to be the correct model...
