I found that I had to leave the factory memory card in, and add this memory to one of the empty slots. Customer service was great! 5 Stars!!

HP shows this module as the right item for the MFP CM2320 printer. However, it is the wrong item and will not fit in the slot on the printer. The module may be great, but if you can't install it, doesn't do much good.

PROS: Drops in and goes to work. Compatible with our HP LaserJet 2300. The printer found it and just went straight to work, no glitches or hiccups.Cons: The card length was about a millimeter or so too long. It was an overly tight fit going into the memory slot. Where the printer's controller board is set up, there was some flex because there is no support post under the memory bank location. I was concerned about cracking the board with the amount of pressure it took to insert the stick.Overall: Electronically speaking, it's 5 star. Physical dimensions get a 2 to a 3 star. Averaged, it's a four. Just be cautious putting it onto your board.
