Plugs right in to the bus bar makes adding lights or anything easy I put on bars lights and a fan override switch very easy heavy duty way cheaper than oem .

The wire is not 12awg, not even close. If the manufacturer doesn't know what a 12 gauge wire is, they shouldn't be trusted with much.
