About five weeks ago, my mom’s basement was flooding, because she had one of those inexpensive sump float switches on the end of an Electrical cord that became stuck in the very tight confines of the sump hole. So we needed a small profile pump that fits within a very tight space, yet which has a better float system that will not hang up. This pump has really done the trick. We’ve had a lot of rain in New England, and it has been running flawlessly. Hopefully it’ll last for many years, and so far it looks like it will. I am absolutely delighted with this purchase and believe it is a high-quality product.

I bought this pump instead of the more popular brand because it had a faster shipping. The popular brand is what I had installed that needed to be replaced which failed because the pump plugs into the level switch and then plugs into the power cord. This pumps level switch is wired internally so there is less chance for moisture failure in this case

Great and compact sump pump. It does exactly what it is designed to do, but my previous one was had low noise and this one is a bit louder. Not distracting but noticeable. A great value for the money.easy to installgreat valueI suspect this will last for many years

Used recently to remove excess rainwater. Installed in a 12†NDS catch basin; unit fits perfectly and prevented patio flooding due to excess water accumulation atop saturated soil. Float switch worked reliably.

I was jazzed about this pump when I installed it. I was happy to have a more reliable sump pump in the cellar for the winter melt and spring rain. I checked it last night and it has stopped working. I have had the pump for about 5 months now and it didn’t even make it through 1 year. It looks like it overheated at some point, as the stickers on the pump appear to have melted. I tried to reach out the manufacturer to see about a warranty but couldn’t find a way to contact them. I’ll update the rating/review if this is resolved.
