These tips screw in easily and the rubber ring does keep them from coming loose. These tips may not be accurate for competition shooting but for practice they're fine.

I am using these 100 grain field tips with my 430 FPS Crossbow. Good looking field points and fly consistently to the target. I like the fact that they have a little O-ring on them where it screws into the shaft of my bolt, it adds just enough friction that they feel very solid when you install them and don't seem to loosen up when pulling from a target, unlike my other field tips. Comes with a nice box for the tips instead of just a blister package, so you don't have to find something to keep them in. They work quite well.

Twelve field arrow tips that screwed easily onto my aluminum target arrows to replace tips blunted by hitting rocks or metal near targets. Threading is standard, o-rings included, and I didn't notice any of the new tips getting loose or unscrewing from the arrows after 10 rounds into a standard dense foam target. They are easy to remove from the target.This is a nice package of well-made tips that work well and are better than the ones that came with my bow. I highly recommend for target shooting.
