I didn't realize that these wouldn't fit my standard drill. They also don't fit the impact driver I own.They are very heavy and solid. I'm quite disappointed I cannot make them work.I appreciate the fact that they are in a case without individual slots; I don't have to fight to put them in or take them out.I'm sure it was user/orderer error.

My exterior “stucco†is actually (as most are other than out west, I believe) an EIFSExterior Insulation & Finish System…My older/prior masonry bits had gotten to where they weren’t working as well any more so got these. With the # you get? If one isn’t working as well anymore- can toss it and get a brand new fresh one!As long as I go slow w my hammer drill, as you have to w all masonry bits I’ve found… these go in easily. Size is correct.I used to then place a few screw bolts- the one w the ring on the end- in unobtrusive places on my home’s exterior to tether my mastiff near me when I’m working outside… Jasper likes to hang out in the yard with me too and tethering keeps him from going to “greet†any “new friends†that may be walking past on the sidewalk:)Value for the money w the number you get is awesome! Worked great! Glad I chose these!

Drill bits aren't meant to last forever, so if you expect them to then your always going to be disappointed. These will last longer than some other cheap brands but not as long as a true carbide tip more expensive Milwaukee one.

These 12PCS 3/16 Inch SDS Plus Rotary Hammer Drill Bits Set, Masonry Drill Bits for Concrete, Stone, Brick and Block are a great value for the quantity and quality you receive. They are very sharp and round which is very important when you are using these bits to drill perfect holes in concrete for self tapping cement screws. If there is any wobble in the bit you are left with a slightly oversized hole which leads to stripping. I use 1/4" cement screws very often and these bits leave a nice clean precise hole. They have held up well so far and the sds plus shank fits my Bulldog nice and snug. With 12 pieces and a vice reusable case, I should be good to go for quite some time.
