I honestly didn't have high hopes for these field tips, but I couldn't find any 150 grain heads locally and decided to take a chance on them. I figured I would have to cull a few for being out of spec, but hopefully could get enough correct ones to use. To my surprise these are very well made! All 12 of the tips i received weighed within 1 grain +/- of 150 grains, had nice threads, and matched my arrows perfectly. What's not to like?

The tips all weighed within +/- 1 grain of the 75 grains advertised and were spot on to the diameter advertised.Pulling from the targets is no harder than it should beHowever, the steel they are made of is very soft, and many of my field points have marks and slight deformation just from hitting staples that were left in the target face.

So they worked great but I had a few that were bent and wouldn’t thread on so I had to throw them out. They work when there straight.

Small package in large box. As I picked up the box several tips dropped out. Only received 8 out of 12. Package in box had broke open 4 fell through holes in box.
