Works as it should. 3 speed fan switch. Power in, low, med, high speed settings. Terminals on back side labeled. If I would need another one for some reason I'd order the same thing.

1. No Wiring Diagram was included. 2. The text on the back for the connections was hard to understand. (Trial and Error ) L, M, H, C, On other, see if you can find it. 3. The knob wont fit on the top, yes I can push and force this but I suspect this will damage the knob or the switch. Overall the switch works and seems like the de-tents are strong for position. I wold have rather seen a knob with a set screw to avoid damaging the knob or switch.

This thing is so cheap, that the plastic connecting part of the knob broke immediately after attempting to attach it. I returned it.
