I've been wanting one of these for a while and had been making do with a homemade version (foam garden knee cushion and stainless steel stick pins). I just completed a 100 granny square project and needed this to get them all blocked. Worked like a charm, just the right size. The only thing I would change is I would package and sell this with an even number of rods - it came with 15 and I think 16 or 20 would be better.

This board is well made, the pegs fit in all the holes, and the pegs are quite long so you can fit quite a few squares on them. The holes are also snug enough that the pegs don't bow in when you put your squares on them. unless you're doing really massive blocks i think this would be a solid choice for blocking

This is a very nice blocking board. It is made of a thick piece of solid wood. It sits nicely angled in the included base. It comes with a good amount of metal dowels to accommodate multiple stacks of squares or rounds. The dowels sit snugly in the holes on the board. The have a storage area but the dowels stick out a good bit from it. They are also pretty long... 5-6 inches. A great way to block your pieces to get uniform sizes in a convenient board.

The blocking board is sturdy and well made. However, it is missing one of the metal pegs. Only 3 stacks of blocks can be used at the same time.

Works great...but why only 15 pins when one needs multiples of 4 to block item...16 needed at least!!!
