WHEELBARROW FLAT FREE TIRE REPLACEMENT STEPS:
1. Remove the old tire from the wheelbarrow by removing one or both axle brackets firstly.
2. Measure the hub length of the old wheel. Calculate the length of spacers which would be needed, add spacers (if necessary) and finally install it into the axle brackets.
3. Measure the diameter of the bearings for the wheelbarrow. The wheelbarrow tires come pre-installed with 5/8" bearings. If it's the right size, install the new tire onto the wheelbarrow.
4. If the axle is too big, try using the extra 3/4" bearings. (If the 3/4" bearings fit then remove the 5/8" bearings, with the help of a screwdriver or other tools to pound it out)
5. Pre-installed 5/8” bearing removal method: Insert the new suitable bearing by placing a block of wood on top of it and then hitting the block by a hammer (the block would protect the bearing). Please note: Avoid using sharp objects to directly hit the bearings.

Works great and easy install. Needs another set of spacers that will provide more flexibility in fitting to different handle widths.

My old wheelbarrow tire completely gave out and the rubber tore down the side. I saw this tire that is a permanent, tube-less tire, and it works fantastic. It's way better than inflated tires. Still get a little bounce but it's much smoother and way more durable. Loving this!

Easy to install, the old tire had been there for twenty years. The new tire requires no air. No tube, great!

My original wheel split at the center seam, so I ordered this non flat tire. Has a quality look and feel to it. Installation was easy. I had the tire on in 10m-15m (mostly getting the tools to remove the old tire).
