This is not any stronger than a dish washing pan. My images are NOT of the bus trays, but rather of my dish pan from Walmart that cracked while transporting dishes to my sink. That's why I ordered these "Commercial Bus Trays" as they are advertised. I even asked before ordering if they were sturdier than a regular dish pan, and the AI response was that it was heavier plastic and more durable than a dish washing pan. When I received them though, and compared the plastic, they are nearly the same as my old one that broke. I paid $24.00 for 3 which is $8.00 each and they are not better that a $4.00 dish pan. Am sending them back. It's too much of an investment just to have them crack. Guess I will have to go to a restaurant supplier to feel and see what I am purchasing. I've been to enough restaurants to know that these don't equate to a genuine commercial bus tray! Commercial bus trays are made of plastic that are 2-3 times as thick. Plus the part where you are supposed to put your hand is tiny like for a child. I am a woman and I could probably only slip about 3 fingers into the endention. It's the price and the description that causes me to give them only 2 stars. If a person wanted them for other purposes rather than transporting heavy dishes, the trays could be very nice.
