HOW TO WORK?
To use the CV boot clamp and pliers, you'll need to wrap the band around the boot, thread it through the clip, and use the winding mandrel and ratchet wrench to apply tension. Once the band is tightened, use the cutter pliers to trim off any excess, and then rotate the tool to bend the band back onto the clip.

This tool worked perfect for me. I did the front suspension on my car and included new cv boots and this clamp tool worked just fine. The key is to manually adjust the clamps snugly and then tighten them with this clamping tool. The problem with many consumers is that they over tighten the clamps by hand and when they use the clamp pliers the clamps break and that obviously is going to happen.If used correctly this tool works perfectly. It’s solidly built and will definitely recommend!
