Tested torque with a tester at maximum and minimum torque range, and to my surprise it is dead on!! Can’t beat the price for something that works as good as this. It’s solid feeling. Easy to operate, and has very audible click. I got the 40/250 ft/lb. WHICH IS NOT ELECTRIC! Highly recommend for budget purposes, for novice and recreational mechanics. If you are a professional mechanic I’d recommend getting a better brand for tool life long longevity. If this product breaks within 6 months after moderate use I will update this review.

My new favorite tool. I had to install some valve covers on a engine and each bolt had to be diffrent tightness. I never used a torque wrench before so the screen made it super easy. I watched a few YouTube videos on how to work itThe tool seems really high quality especially for the price 😊

I have owned a few torque wrenches, and this one is by far the nicest one I own. I needed a torque wrench quick that could torque over 150ft lbs, but I had no money. I took a chance on ordering this wrench for ~$30 and it is one of the nicest I own. it has a very hefty feel and smooth adjustment handle. I love the sliding mechanism to lock and unlock the adjuster. All of my other torque wrenches use a screw at the bottom of the handle which can feel clunky. over great bang for your buck. I might consider replacing my other wrenches with these.

This is a great torque wrench! It's easy to use, the memory features saves a lot of time, the grip feels good, and the extra length works like a cheater bar. The only downside is that the battery cap is difficult to reinstall. Note - it may just be a problem with my wrench. Mine does not want to go back in very easily. I have to fuss with for a while to get it back in. I expect the metal contact points to break eventually with all the extra efforts getting the thing to screw back in correctly. Fortunately, I only use a torque wrench about once a year, so I should get several years out of this wrench before it breaks, if it does at all.
Curious!

it came with the battery required. On modern cars and equipment. plastic and thin, weight reduced parts require inch pounds when torquing, not foot pounds. The old days of tight it as much as you can get it are over. Precision torquing is required or you will break or damage a very expensive part. I used this on a intake gasket replacement. The intake on my truck is a plastic compound. Heavy handed tightening will break an expensive part. All quality mechanics should have this in his tool box.
