I bought this to make repairs while restoring a 100 year-old benchtop metalworking lathe. It took me a few days just to determine the thread pitch I was looking for, and once I did, I thought I'd have a time trying to find a tap and die to fit it that didn't cost a fortune. Well, I found them. They did the job I needed just fine. Only four stars, because I may never use them again, and a single use can't determine the lifetime use quality of tools like this.
