You can select an available radiator cap and install it on the radiator opening, then operate the handpump until the pressure is up to 10-15 psi (note: not up to 35 psi). Then please notice the gauge reading, if the reading drops automatically, it means that it leaks in the radiator. The radiator system needs to be inspected and repaired if necessary

Says it fits volvo but it wouldn't seal up and just blow air around the cap. Very disappointed.

* Worked on 2005 Subaru Baja Turbo EJ255 engine.* Used number 2 cap as called out on sparse info sheet.* Cap has a strong spring making it hard to press down to make it fit.* Only took 3 pumps to get to pressure needed to find leak.* Not a pro quality unit for the price, but for a DIY'er it worked well for me.* YouTube is our friend if need be to make up for "no" instructions.

This is a nice set, but be sure it works with your setup. It fits a fair amount and it is a must have to locate coolant leaks Very simple to use. Built okay for the money as well. But you have to pay more to get more.
