One step to put together easily! Flexing to fit in smaller spaces. Definitely added space saving to my shoe area! I absolutely love these shoe holders. I have a size 10 foot so the high heels don’t quite fit the heel on bottom on the backside, but you can’t tell because they slide into my cubby nice!

These are a neat upgrade for the shoe collection, but they don't work so well for larger/wider shoes, platforms or high heels. High heels, if they fit at all, have a very unstable seat.They also do not fit on my IKEA wire rack stacker shelves, which is a bummer.

I ordered 2 sets. These were wrapped and packaged securely in a box within a larger box = 2 small boxes in 1 large box.The lower parts were individually bubble wrapped and the dividing slants were saran wrapped in 3 bundles of 5 each. Nothing arrived broken or had manufacturing defects. Absolutely beautiful and easy and quick assembly.The gold is more a yellow gold metallic color... looks very nice though.I am able to store a max of 6 units per row in a 24 inch wide closetmaid impressions unit. BUT recommend 5 per row for easy access to grab shoes if in a hurry... more room to easier to slide in and out without knocking over other shoes. Hope this is helpful.

Relatively easy to put together, some of the pieces did not want to slide/click in very well and it absolutely feels like you're going to break it while doing it, but it's not complicated. Works very well for heels under 2 inches, maybe 2.5in. Better for pumps rather than strappy sandals or anything with a high ankle strap. ABSOLUTELY requires a fully flat shelf. Wire shelves or those two pole shoe racks will not work very well and if you have small children like I do I highly recommend passing on this and getting something sturdier. My 2 year old managed to break three of these (that I've found!) by stepping on the raised portion and pressing down. This is not the products fault as kids (especially my little monsters) can be hard on everything. But it is a consideration before making the purchase.
