We purchased this trampoline for Christmas 2023. I was able to put it together in a few hours without any issues. My whole family enjoys it, and it is well-made and very sturdy! We're very happy we purchased the 16ft because many kids can enjoy it at once. Customer service was great when I needed to acquire a replacement part. They sent it to me quickly without any hassle. I'd highly recommend it!

We got this particular trampoline because we wanted something with the higher weight capacity. We got a bunch of kids that come over all the time and my husband and I are on the heavier side than we want to be able to join in and play with our kids on the trampoline. It definitely met our expectations and it was also really easy to assemble.The trampoline eventually got some damage and I contacted the company about fixing it. They were very swift in the response and clear in their communication and were able to help me find a solution to my problem. I would definitely recommend this!

It pays to think carefully before assembly. And read the directions first. It took me the better part of an afternoon to put it together. Make sure the holes for the springs are on the upper surface of the top rail. (I did not notice this and had to re-assemble everything.) Also count carefully the spring holes in the rail and the matching loops on the jumping mat, to make sure they match. It helps to have a 10 mm ratchet wrench or socket. A tool is provided, but you will save assembly time and effort with a better tool. This trampoline is well designed and sturdy. For the price, I am very pleased with it. The basketball hoop is another story. This was not well thought out or designed. The instructions and picture on assembling the hoop are wrong, and confusing. And the design is poor. The backboard for the hoop is too small. This means my grandkids will frequently miss the hoop and toss the ball out of the trampoline. (They then have to unzip the enclosure net, descend the ladder, etc. to get the ball, and enter again. A lot of nonsense.) I will probably put the hoop somewhere else, perhaps on the side of my garage; but not on the trampoline. So forget the basketball hoop, but it is a nice trampoline.Update: The trampoline survived an afternoon with our grandchildren (age 7 and 12). They had a great time jumping all day. They saw the basketball hoop in our garage and insisted I put it up. I did so, and my wife and I were chasing basketballs in our back yard after that, tossing the ball into the trampoline. In the absence of any decent assembly instructions, it was a painstaking trial and error process. The hoop net had to be modified to get it to work--a good example of the slipshod engineering and design for the add basketball hoop. The manufacturer should sit down and come up with a better design. I took pictures of the hoop as installed. Take a look if you want to install the hoop.

We bought this for my daughter's birthday. It was easy to assemble and very sturdy. There were several kids jumping at obe time and no worries of the trampoline bottoming out or giving way. The ladder makes is very easy to climb up and the ability to zip and fasten the net closed, gives us peice of mind while our daughter is jumping. We also love that the springs are on the outside of the net, so there is no worry of getting pinched by springs.

Like other reviewers have mentioned, the trampoline poles have snapped. This occurred within a year of purchase. The base seems fine, but now I’m looking into universal trampoline poles to purchase. I also bought the bball hoop attachment, but that lasted all but a few months.

The 16 foot trampoline is perfect for our family of 4! The materials are very sturdy and the construct is as safe as you can find. Set up was straight forward and fairly simple. My kids love the basketball hoop addition! Our backyard is now the hangout spot for the kids in the neighborhood because of this trampoline. I would highly recommend to anyone!
