UPDATE: Description changed to silicone... five stars! Okay, I checked the little baggie label and it states that the items are silicone. Confusing! The good news is that there were 158 in the pack!!!! It appears a lot of vendors are shorting folks from what I have seen in the reviews. All in all they seem pretty nice. I got two more packs and they each had 153!

I bought these to make the sizing for masks I was making more adjustable. They work great, stay on very well and are comfortable. My daughter wore her mask with these behind her ears for an 8 hour shift at work and they didn't bother her a bit! They are difficult to get on the 1/4" elastic, but that' perfect because you know they won't slip off!
