Chain Link Fence Fork Latch
Gate latch provides easy 90 degree movement when opening and closing gate. This residential gate fork latch has a pre-drilled hole for installing a padlock. Easy to install, installation nuts and bolts are included. Refer to the diagram that shows gate frame and gate post measurements to ensure you order correct product.

Disappointed in the quality of construction. Certainly not built like they used to be. Welding is inferior. Also, spacing between pipe & gate is much less than 2in. as specified yielding a sloppy fit. That was the main reason I purchased this particular model. Finally, bolts are not galvanized. This one is probably going back to vendor.

This does the trick in replacing old lock but if you have a very old latch/fence, it will need a longer bolt
