I love adding skinny piping to my quilts and pillows, but it's a challenge to find the right cord. This one is perfect for several reasons-* It's skinny!!!!* It can handle the heat of being steamed to preshrink* It doesn't kink up and leave bend crimps that cause problems while inserting the piping into seams.* It doesn't grip to the fabric too much, like cotton cording does. This makes it easier to create skinny piping.* It's firm, yet easy to work with and shape the piping however you like.

This is more like a cord than a yarn. Stiff to work with.

Good quality 1.5mm cord, and the merchandising was excellent. The spool of craft cord came in an organza bag (nice touch) which was then placed inside of a tight -fitting cardboard box. A small aluminum crochet hook was also added as a bonus gift. I am impressed. I would buy this product again.
