This system is not loud or droning. It has a nice powerful sound without any raspy tin can sounds. The pipes are heavy. The hangers and pipe clamps are really beefy. Comes with a heat shield to strap around the muffler held on by stainless steel worm clamps (really big hose clamps).Only issue I've had is that when I installed the last piece of tailpipe I got the positioning wrong and the spring sometimes scrapes the side of the tailpipe. 15 seconds of attention on my part would have prevented that from happening (my bad).

1996 F250 4x4 Crew cab, 7.5L V8, E4Od Trans, Short bed.I had to shorten the pipe hangers by 3" for my truck. If i didn't have a welder and the tools it would have been more money to have a shop shorten them. Other than that great install, very easy, and clean. Nice sound throaty but quiet. I like this product.
