The flavorizer bars seem substantial and no issues noted. I seasoned them as directed before cooking with them. There was a minor amount of smoke, and no unusual odors. The smoke stopped after the initial seasoning heat up.I have cooked with them about a dozen times since installing them, and they heat up 5he grill fast, and cook evenly with no issues or weird taste/smell. Very easy to install. At this price, they seem too good to be true. Don’t know how long they will last, but off to a good start.

I looked through all the Porcelain Flavorizer Bars for my older Weber 300 grill. These are the thickest metal and the porcelain coating is excellent. The packaging was over the top and there were no chips to the coating. If you need to replace these parts for your grill. Buy these.
