All of our cash drawers need to be done the test when leaves the factory, which can check the problems in the process of manufacturing, assembling, etc.. But it's hard for us to avoid the damage caused in transit or during the unloading process, or by other reasons. Plz con tact us for this issue while in use.

Will it work with any of the under counter mounts?

  1. Mount it under counter should be aligned to the hole at mounting brackets, please check the bracket size and make sure it could be supported.
  2. Usually, the brackets have lots of pre-drilled mounting holes.
  3. Please note that the bracket on our product page was automatically recommended by the system, not provided by Beelta.

How does it work for pos system?

It's a Printer Driven cash drawer, so it only can be connected to receipt printer, not pos system or computer directly.

  1. Your application(pos system) on computer or iPad sends the correct command to receipt printer, tells it to open the cash drawer.
  2. The printer's driver is configured to open the cash drawer at the start or end of any printout.
  3. Some of the pos systems contains the command, but others don't. Then we should go to set by the printer and check to see what options are available within the printer's driver.

This cash drawer replaced a cash drawer used for 40 years. It has worked like a dream. The operation is very smooth and it's very sturdy. We are very pleased. Definitely excellent quality. This cash drawer itself is a heavy duty product, well built. It is heavy and strong. The slots are just the right width and length for all the U.S. currency notes. I like the solid dividers between slots, not removable. It comes with a "Open Drawer Cord" plug into the credit card processor, so no need to use the key. Make sure to keep the key in a safe place, outside of the drawer, just in case. Love this drawer!

Used it everyday...key broke 4 times and they don't send you replacements for free. It costs like $20 to buy new keys. Eventually the key mechanism broke and now it's out of warranty. Such a waste.

Great drawers. I use in a liquor store with high volume. Very smooth opening and closing. The change spots are a little deeper than my old drawers but we adjusted quickly. The company also responded very quickly for my request to ad extra money trays for employees. Highly recommend this company.
