It's thin, and a little to short. You could probably install it with the out-drive removed. But I wouldn't expect it to last... and replacing the outdrive just for an exhaust bellow is a lot of work. Don't skimp on these parts, buy good bellows and save yourself a lot of time and headache

Was the proper one for my Alpha 1 out drive. Used Youtube method to install in good order.
