These shredders are the real deal, easily shredded the pork roast. Very sturdy and great handles. The plastic ones we had cracked and really didn’t shred well. Not an issue with these. I can’t believe the difference in this set and our old ones. Excellent product!

These were a replacement for a plastic pair we had. Should have replaced them sooner. Heavy duty claws. Easy to hold and work extremely well.

If you know a grill master, trust me: they need these! I’ve looked at many different ones and these stand miles above them all! Not only are they aesthetically pleasing, but they are sharp enough and durable enough to do the job of shredding meat! The materials and design are superior! These bear claws are a great addition to one’s grill accessory tool kit!

Well, I am in between four and three stars and would have loved to give it four stars instead of three. The reason I give it three is because one of the handles was loose and not everyone will have the time, tools, and knowledge of how to fix it. Despite the handle being loose it is fully functional and eviscerated the chipotle chicken to a consistency that i could use for tacos, tostadas, and quesadillas. They really work well and did a good job on the pork as well. The condition of the wood is a bit dry and needed some oil and will continue to need more from time to time--THIS IS EXPECTED and is the case with my high end knives. I am happy with them and one day, when I finish my knife project from the summer, I will take the loose claw into the garage and re-pin the handle. If the handle were not loose it would be a five star slam dunk.Update: I was contacted by 1Easylife customer service and about the loose handle and offered some simple solutions. After checking with the factory it was suggested to me that I could "put a nail against the nail on the handle and then use a hammer to tighten the nail inside the wood." While I did not use a nail, I used a punch and it did work and problem was solved. Customer service was wiling to make things right and help fix the issue. Five stars for the product and support and the product.
