I purchased this bluetooth transmitter because it is the latest 5.2 and has Qualcomm aptX HD codec for low-latency use to avoid undesirable lip-synch issues when connected to a TV. I confirm that this transmitter works with Airpod (3rd gen) and it works with Soundpeats Q30 HD. I have paired the airpods to channel 1 and the Q30 on channel 2 with success. The transmitter is powered via USB from the TV so it powers up automatically when I turn on the transmitter. After about a 30second or so, the airpods and Q30 each end up connected. The volume control on the transmitter works only for channel 1 as designed, but it provides very little adjustment range. The Airpods don't have built-in independent volume control (only controls the source if it is paying attention, but TV doesn't have this control option), so I had to connect the transmitter to the TV RCA output jacks and allow the sound level to be controlled by the TV volume control. That was the only way I could get full range volume control to work with the Airpods. The Q30 headphones have the advantage of having internal volume control, so once my wife has set the volume control on the airpods, using the TV remote, I can then further adjust with my Q30 headphones for louder or quieter volume control setting above/below her setting. If I didn't have to use the airpods, I might have connected the transmitter to the TV audio output using the optical fibrePCM connection, but that source of TV audio does not adjust with the TV volume remote control setting. I disabled the TV speakers via the TV internal menu settings, so the volume isn't raging from the TV speakers while using either the airpods, Q30s or both. I should point out that the transmitter will pair with either airpods or Q30 provided the desired one is turned on and previously paired. I hide the whole transmitter and wires behind the TV so there is nothing to see from the front. I just turn on the TV and within a minute or so, I have low-lag bluetooth connections with either airpods, Q30 or both. The sound quality seems to be excellent.

I bought this item to have the ability to use wireless head phones / ear buds with my current TV which doesn't have a Bluetooth option. Directions included are easy to follow and all cords are included, even an optical which I appreciate at this price point. It took maybe 5 minutes for setup, it's that easy. I also like the option to power the box using a usb port in the tv. Paired immediately to Bose solo headphones and when turned off and back on pairing remains. Compact box but seems sturdy. I love this item for my listening options. Thank you !

The 1Mii B06TX+ is a Bluetooth audio transmitter – the use case is for connecting Bluetooth audio output devices such as headphones or speakers to an audio source that doesn't have built-in Bluetooth compatibility.Although it does that job admirably and has a significant Bluetooth range, there is a noticeable latency, despite support for AptX Low Latency (only works if the output device also supports AptX LL). This is not going to be a problem if your use case is audio-only – but if you're trying to watch a video with audio or playing a video game, the delay comes into play. This device has dual Bluetooth output, meaning that you can pair two Bluetooth devices with it and output to both simultaneously. Two people could listen to the same signal without disturbing anyone else. However, the AptX HD mode (not related to AptX LL) is available only when using a single Bluetooth device. There may be a reduction of audio quality when using two output devices. The audio inputs on this device are:* 3.5 mm stereo audio jack* Coaxial digital audio RCA jack* SPDIF optical digital audio jackSo any audio source that you can connect to any of these inputs will work with this device. It comes with three connector cables:* 3.5 mm stereo male-to-male (for the 3.5 mm audio input)* Dual (analog) RCA male to 3.5 mm stereo male (also for the 3.5 mm audio input)* SPDIF male-to-male (for the SPDIF audio input)Oddly, there's no RCA male-to-male cable for the RCA coaxial digital input. There's also no 6.35 mm adapter for stereo headphone output jacks, which many stereo receivers have, especially legacy ones. You will need a separate adapter for that case. This device has an LCD display and a four-button interface that allows you to see and control the Bluetooth output devices. In some input cases you can control the output volume with the buttons. It also shows you the input currently in use.The device is USB powered, but there's no USB data input. There's a power adapter included, however, with a USB cable. The 1Mii B06Tx+ does what it says on the tin, with an LCD screen and dual-device compatibility. But beware that you'll need to make sure that your Bluetooth output device is AptX LL compatible, or you'll have latency issues – assuming that matters for your use case. If all you're doing is listening to music, latency won't make a difference.

This transmitter works well. Very easy to get up and running. I connected via optical to my TV. I use a splitter so the wife can use the sound Bar at the same time since my hearing isn’t so good. Everything needed for getting started was included. Only thing is that I did notice a slight latency compared to the sound bar, but it’s very minor and likely due to the earbuds are older.

I just got this, so I can’t say anything about its longevity, but it was very easy to set up. My TV is on the old side, so I was grateful for the instructions that mentioned that you might need to go to your TV’s settings to select “External speaker†if you connect using the optical cable because not every TV does it automatically.I got it for a TV in our guest bedroom because my mother-in-law is very hard of hearing and the room is right below my 11-year-old’s bedroom. My father-in-law is not hard of hearing, so it’s also a plus to have it be able to pair to 2 sets of headphones so that each of them can set the volume on their headphones.

Wish I had discovered this wonderful device sooner. I already have a pretty decent set of headphones, so just needed an adapter. Once setup, it automatically connects as soon as the headphones are turned on. No fuss, no muss. It's nice and small too, not a space hog. Once I corrected a few things with my own equipment, set up was a breeze - just a minute and done. Highly recommend this - the sound is so much more detailed compared to my tv's built in speakers, and absolutely no lag, or out of sync image to sound. If you are like me and a little technically challenged , or your " smart tv" was absent they installed the "smarts" here's a few things I came up against. If you're technically gifted, you don't have to continue reading. 1. My headphones hadn't been used for a while, and wouldn't go into pairing mode. Fix: press and hold the power/pairingbutton for a full 10 seconds, even if it flashes before then..this reset the pairing function. 2. Although my tv had a 3.5mm headset jack, I couldn't get any sound. Fix: go into the tv settings, sound, to see your output options...mine only offered tv internal speakers or optical, and that has to be turned on. I thought a smart tv would recognize the device and connection automatically, mine couldn't. Thankfully the device shipped with an optical cable. This time I powered on the device, turned on the headset, it paired in seconds, and wonderful sound.

It works, I'll give it that. But I have it setup in a bedroom, behind the tv. When I turn the tv off and put the earbuds away, the blue light on the top of the unit flashes on and off because the earbuds are disconnected. It's very distracting in a dark room. Also, there's no way to adjust the volume on my earbuds so I have to change it manually on the transmitter. A remote control would have been useful for power on/off and volume control. I've ordered a long rca coaxial cable so I can move the transmitter onto a night stand so I can adjust volume and shut it off by hand. Just beware, it has its limitations.

I bought 2 sets. Within a few short minutes, I had the headphones paired and working on 1 tv using the optical connection. The unit draws very little current, so as another reviewer stated- if it is connected to the USB port, it will power up and down when the TV is switched on and off. That is awesome! I didnt want to have another power supply behind the TV. The unit is behind the TV, and still communicates to the headphones, even outside of the TV room.A little expensive for what it is, but it is definitely good quality, larger than anticipated. The other TV didnt work properly with the other unit. Tried the digital output, and I could not adjust the volume on the headphones, which made it kind of useless. I will be sending the 2nd unit back.
