THESE FAUX MOTHER OF PEARL BLANKS ARE GREAT! I'm thankful I decided to take a chance on these. When I purchased these, they were NOT highly rated. The two pieces I received look spectacular and even better than the product display pictures.

Think before you buy this for your headstock. If you are looking for something nice don’t get this. Very cheap, comes somewhat scratched, and not easy to cut clean. Pay the extra money and buy a real wood veneer. This product does not look good

Product was fine but I wasn’t able to cut it via a diode laser unfortunately.

Maybe I’m using the wrong tools, but I found this inlay material very difficult to work with. And it doesn’t shine/sparkle very brightly; it looks very fake and plastic. I ended up not using it for my project. Next time I will look for some material that is brighter and looks more like real marble.

It's plastic. Anybody can see and feel it. I won't use this crap in the jewelry that I sell.

Don't run this through your laser printer, it's plastic of some sort any completely lacks luster, melts in a laser printer and almost caught fire. Even under resin there is no fire to the "abalone".Sheet also arrived warped

omg, this is SO beautiful! Gorgeous piece of abalone; surface is flawless; colors are amazing; piece is perfectly flat and uniform thickness. I love it, ty!
