Instructions For Use
1. Remove label from sheet.
2. Adhere to a clean surface. Press firmly and ensure that there is full contact with the test surface.
3. Heat/run through procedure that is being tested.
4. The gray/white temperature sensitive element will turn black if the surface has reached the rated temperature.
5. Allow to cool to the touch before slowly peeling the label off the test surface to avoid leaving adhesive residue.

I liked that I just had to attach the thermolabel to the back of a plate and I knew I was in compliance with the health inspector. I just date them and stick them in a drawer and pull them out for the proof that our industrial dishwasher is truly doing its job.

I manage a hotel and I ordered these for our breakfast attendant to use to test the water temp before sanitizing our serving utensils. These are a great inexpensive way to always make sure our water is the right temp!
