Kindly reminder:
Before you use the 2" and 3" random orbital air sander, please add 2-3 drops of oil from air quick connector and please allow the tool to run for a few seconds after filling to make sure it works well. (oiler not included in our box)
This tool is intended to be operated as a handheld tool and is air-powered. It requires an air compressor that will provide a clean lubricated air, where the air hose is connected to the tool when the tool is running.

How to replace hook and loop sanding pad for 2" and 3" random orbital air sander
Replace sanding pad step one
Find the small hole of the random orbital air sander. If you don't find the hole near the outside, use the PIN to hold the rotating block inside. Rotate it a little to find it, then insert it into the hole with the PIN.

Hold the PIN, do not let the PIN slide, rotate the sanding pad in the direction of the arrow until the disk is removed from the angle track mill

Continue to withstand the PIN, do not let the PIN slide, according to the direction of the arrow in the picture, installing the new sanding pad to random orbital air sander

- Please check off all tightening parts of the tools to be in good condition before operation.
- Working pressure to be 6.3 kg/cm3 (90PSI) at operation.
- Please refer to Figure 1 for the tool installation. To install a filter and a lubricator/oiler at an air outlet
- The best hand stress on the tool is from 5Kg to 7Kg when operation.
- Release the air supply when replacing the sandpaper or the backing pad.
- Wear protection glasses, eye protector, dust mask and gloves at operation.
- Have a short break in every 30minutes to avoid any possible injury due to tiredness.
- Do not have free rotating at high speed to avoid possible injury to the human body and possible tool damage.
- Do not touch the rotating part of the tool with your hand or your body at operation.
- Start your sanding job after you fit the sanding pad flat on the surface you are working on. Please refer to Figure 2.
inRoutine maintenance for 2" and 3" random orbital air sander
- Stop your Job when finding any irregular sound or vibration at operation and then check and repair the tool.
- Because you are using clean compressed air at operation. Use an air filter at the air installation to clean the dust out of the compressed air.
- Drop some Oil to the inlet of the tool and then run the tool slowly for a minute and finally start your work...Auto Lubricator/oiler is recommended.
- Any dirt dust inside the motor may result in slow rotation even block running, at this time, try to drop some oil from the inlet, see whether solve the problem or return to the seller for maintenance.
- Do release the water out of the air compressor and air hose after an operation.
- Maintain tools with care. Keep tools clean for better and safe performance, follow instructions for lubricating. Inspect tools cords and air hoses periodically, if damaged, have them repaired by an authorized technician.

This is a nice light weight sander we use for reconditioning automotive headlights. works perfectly and doesn't fatigue my wrist.

The big pull to get this was the price and it didn't let me down. This is definitely a good value purchase. It feels heavy and well made and does the trick. There is a setting on it to speed or slow down how fast it turns.

Ended up giving it to a coworker because the trigger is either on or off. Overall a decent sander for what you pay, I just couldn't get past the trigger personally. Would work well for a hobbiest or possibly a woodworker.

This has been the best purchase I’ve made, with it being super cheap, I’m not worried about it breaking or anything. Obviously it works great for tight or small spaces, just keep it oiled and it won’t give you any problems.

Poorly machined quick disconnect fitting that no amount of Teflon tape could remedy left it leaking like a sieve and so I couldn't use it. I returned it. I'll say that it was pretty heavy feeling and looked like good build quality overall. But really, really poor QA leads me to be unable to give a better rating.
